Update on Acquisition of Atlas Corp by ONE and Partners
Ocean Network Express (“ONE”), together with partners the Consortium, have jointly proposed to acquire all the outstanding common shares of Atlas Corp(NYSE:ATCO) on Aug 4th. The consortium believes it has made meaningful progress in its discussions with the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Atlas as announced by Poseidon Acquisition Corp, who is acting on behalf of the consortium.

Pakistan lifted ban on import of non-essential and luxury items
The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Commerce issued Office Memorandum in
connection with SRO 1562(I)/2022 dated 19th August, 2022, whereby the prohibition
(ban)/complete quantities restrictions imposed on the import of certain categories of
goods, vide SRO 598(I)/2022 dated 19th May, 2022, was withdrawn with immediate
effect.

Resume accepting importing Dangerous Goods (DG) into Bangladesh
Since the fire incident happened in Chittagong, Bangladesh in June 2022, ONE suspended the booking acceptance of all DG imports into all Bangladesh ports until further notice.
However, we have decided to resume importing some DG classes into Bangladesh after several discussions with Bangladesh office.

ONE adds Mombasa port call to MIM service directly connecting Middle East, India, and Kenya
Ocean Network Express (ONE) is pleased to introduce a Mombasa (Kenya) port call to its’ MIM service. This additional call will provide a direct connection between the Middle East, India and Kenya. The service name has been changed to Maputo/Mombasa India Middle East service (Service code MIM remains unchanged) to reflect the added port call and will begin from the Westbound sailing arriving at Jebel Ali on 9th September 2022 and the Eastbound sailing from Mombasa on 20th September 2022.
