Q: 
The payment account number on E-payment is different from ONE VN's account number on the invoice. Is this allowed? How should we explain to tax authorities?
Hỏi: Số tài khoản thanh toán trên ePayment khác với số tài khoản của ONEVN trên hóa đơn. Điều này có được phép không? Chúng tôi nên giải trình với cơ quan thuế như thế nào?
A: 
 Currently, the Banking Law is allowed for collection of payment through intermediary entities. Payoo is one of the intermediary payment services entities, Payoo will collect payment on behalf of ONE VN through their Bank account and transfer fund to ONE VN’s HSBC bank account. ONE VN also has signed the contract service for payment collection with Payoo and HSBC. Please see attached references:

- List of Non-Bank Organizations that are licensed by the state Bank to provide payment intermediary services.
Trả lời: Hiện nay, Luật Ngân hàng đã cho phép sử dụng hình thức thu hộ thông qua các tổ chức dịch vụ trung gian thanh toán. Payoo là một trong những đơn vị cung cấp dịch vụ trung gian thanh toán, Payoo sẽ thay mặt ONEVN thu tiền thông qua tài khoản Ngân hàng của họ và chuyển tiền vào tài khoản ngân hàng HSBC của ONEVN. ONEVN cũng đã ký kết hợp đồng dịch vụ thu hộ với Payoo và HSBC. Vui lòng xem tài liệu tham khảo đính kèm:

Does ePayment affect the approval process on internet banking? Do payment Approvers need to participate in the ePayment portal?

No, ePayment does not affect your payment approval process on internet Banking. Payment approver no need to participate in the ePayment portal.

Can I  create a PO and choose payment method via Payoo payment gateway to get information such as bank account, payment amount, content of payment, etc. for a regular paper payment order to be submitted at the bank?

 Yes, you can. Please input correct payment details that you have gotten from Payoo payment gateway. ONE's system will send a confirmation email receipt to the you immediately after Payoo's account receives your payment.

I am having issues with the platform. Who should I contact?

 If you are facing platform issues, such as not being able to process the invoice or not receiving the notification after payment, please contact us by LIVE CHAT  or the email address shown in the “Contact Us” page during working hours.

Am I only able to create “Purchase Order (PO)” one by one?

 No, you can create and save multiple PO with a unique PO No. each. You can also pay multiple PO No. in the Pay PO page as long as the number of records does not exceed 450 lines/PO. For details, please refer to our ePayment user guide.

You can provide the Tax identification No. of the company to be issued invoices as a remark for our reference.

In the ePayment Portal, can I view the data of outstanding amount, paid or unpaid PO, BLs which are issued or unissued invoice? 
Hỏi: Trong Cổng thanh toán điện tử, tôi có thể xem dữ liệu về số tiền chưa thanh toán, PO đã thanh toán hoặc chưa thanh toán, BL đã phát hành hoặc hóa đơn chưa phát hành  hóa đơn không?

The outstanding amount is not displayed on the Portal, so as to keep freight information confidential. ePayment does not save the created PO data. It only sends an email, notifying the customer that the PO has been created.
Trả lời: Số tiền chưa thanh toán không nên được hiển thị để bảo mật thông tin về cước/phí vận chuyển hàng hóa. Epayment không lưu dữ liệu PO đã tạo, ePayment chỉ gửi email thông báo cho khách hàng rằng PO đã được tạo.

I paid for the wrong BL or paid the wrong amount. What should I do?
Hỏi: Tôi đã thanh toán sai BL hoặc thanh toán sai số tiền. Tôi nên làm gì?

No, ePayment currently accepts payment in VND only.

Q: 
I have saved my PO and received the PO No. Can I edit the BL number in that PO?
Hỏi: Tôi đã lưu PO của mình và nhận được Số PO. Tôi có thể chỉnh sửa số BL trong số PO đó không?

You cannot edit the payment details after receiving the PO No. However, you can create a new PO.

Electronic Payment (ePayment) Now Available in Vietnam

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your continued support and choosing Ocean Network Express (“ONE”) to cater to your needs.

 

We are pleased to announce that an electronic payment option is now available for all of your bookings with ONE starting April 1st, 2024.

With ePayment, we aim to provide an easy, paperless digital solution to provide more flexibility and options for our customers - it's a fast and reliable way to make payment online for all of BL charges anytime, anywhere.

Below are further benefits:

Real-time updates: Get instant email notifications for every payment, saving your valuable time for checking payment with accounting side.

Faster transactions: payments are updated instantly and clear outstanding balance quickly, speed up your DO/BL release.

To make payment, you can follow the 5 simple steps:

  1. Go to our ePayment portal.
  2. Click ‘Create PO’ to register your payer information and payment details. Your PO number will be prompted and emailed to you.
    Please select revenue type “Freight & surcharges” for full BL payment including local charges, but excluding D&D charge. 
    In case you’re making payment for D&D charge, please input separate revenue type “D&D”. 
  3. Click ‘Save and proceed to pay’ for reviewing before proceeding of payment or click ‘Save and email’ for payment later.
  4. The system will navigate to the Payment Gateway and you can make the remittance accordingly through your internet banking.
  5. Get an Official Receipt of payment instantly.

The ePayment portal is available via ONE Vietnam’s website under the “Digital Solutions” tab or can be accessed directly using https://epayment.one-line.com/vn/. If you have any questions, please contact your local finance and accounting team via Livechat and we will be happy to assist.
